1 cup of Campoverde Mango Chunks chopped into small squares<\/p>

1 lb. of Grouper, minced<\/p>

\u00bd cup of Diced white or red onion<\/p>

\u00be cup of Lime juice<\/p>

\u00bd cup of Lemon Juice<\/p>

2 Tomatoes, diced with seeds removed<\/p>

1 Jalape\u00f1o pepper, chopped into small pieces with the seeds<\/p>

1\/3 cup of Coriander<\/p>

2 tbsp. of Olive oil<\/p>

1 tsp. of Salt<\/p>

Combine the grouper, onion, lime and lemon juices in a container, pressing the fish down so that it is submerged in the liquid.<\/p>

Cover, and cool for 3 to 4 hours, stirring constantly, until the fish is opaque in the center.<\/p>

Then, combine the rest of the ingredients in a larger container.<\/p>

Tip: If you are going to have a party, accompany it with toasts or your favorite chips.<\/p>
